The Adolescent Friendly Health Corner (AFHC), provides adolescents aged 10–19 years with accessible and confidential health services. Operating in synergy with the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC), our program offers counseling, referrals, and information on nutrition, mental well-being, sexual and reproductive health, substance abuse, and violence prevention. By providing accurate knowledge and promoting healthy behaviors, the AFHC aims to empower adolescents, strengthen life skills, and improve overall well-being. The centre serves as a supportive space where young people can seek guidance safely, fostering informed choices and healthier lifestyles for their physical, mental, and social development.
CCDT’s Adolescent Friendly Health Corner provides confidential, accessible, and non-judgmental health services for adolescents, empowering them with knowledge, life skills, and guidance to make informed decisions for their physical, mental, and social well-being.
