Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant field such as statistics, public health, social sciences etc.
Skills:
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Familiar with various monitoring and evaluation tools and methodologies
- Competent in using information technology and online data management tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi language is desirable (Good writing skill in English is must)
- Familiarity with DHIS 2 will be an added advantage
- Abilities to prioritize the work load
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in development sector including 3 to 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel to various project locations of CCDT.
Job Description:
Data Management
- Ability to review and cross check program data
- Set and maintain standards for data quality
- Maintain M&E related data and files in systematic way
- Develop presentations on various data points for monthly program review meeting
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Implement strategies to strengthen the monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices across the organization
- Regular field visits to the intervention sites to gather program insights
- Leverage insights derived from program results, approaches, stakeholders feedback, and lessons learned to influence the design of future programs/project proposals
Research
- Perform quantitative analysis that informs intervention and provides insights on program performance by using statistical methods and tools
- Desk review as per the program needs
- Support in external / donor evaluations of programs
- Support internal ad-hoc research studies
Reporting
- Coordinate with program team to get the monthly report on time
- Timely submission of compiled reports to management
- Track, cross check, validate and consolidate data and information for project reporting and communication needs
- Support in developing program wise fact sheets/dash board
- Support in data-driven decision making
- Any other program related tasks assigned by the supervisor
